Returns Policy

At Lesley Ashworth Accessories we hope that you are delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original (with any seals and labels attached) and unused condition.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way).

Enclosed with your order will be a Returns Note. Please complete this in full. Return the product to us in its original and unused condition within 14 working days of delivery ensuring the parcel is properly sealed with the completed Returns Note enclosed. You should obtain and retain Proof of Postage. In the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel, we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Please allow 14 working days for your refund, exchange or replacement to be processed.

You should receive returned funds within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded.

In the event of Lesley Ashworth sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must have returned the original item purchased to Lesley Ashworth Accessories within 14 days. Lesley Ashworth reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order should the replacement attract a higher purchase price.

In the event items listed on the Delivery Note do not match those contained in your parcel; or goods are received damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us immediately (within 2 days) by emailing
